The charges imposed by Britcom on both the Seller and the Buyer following the making of a contract for the sale of Stock as more specifically detailed in clause 6 below to include all transport costs, fuel, duties, fees, taxes, storage costs and insurance payable thereon;

• The Supplier will be responsible for specifying the delivery terms for each LOT
• The delivery terms will be defined in accordance with Incoterms
• LOTS will be sold on behalf of our Suppliers with delivery terms exactly as they specify
• Where the Supplier instructs us to deliver the goods we will endeavour to secure best prevailing market rates
• Our invoice will clearly stipulate the delivery conditions
• Buyer is responsible for timely collection and customs clearance of the goods
