Quality Control

Key points:

  • Quality Control is performed by sampling, according to ISO 2859
  • Split into Critical, Major and Minor problems
 

QC flow

  • Sampling is based on the amount of products from each pallet.
  • QC  take samples according to ISO 2859.
  • Testing:
    1. Electrical test  
    2. Functionality test  
    3. Visual test   
    4. Packaging and labelling
  • Identification
    1. The products which pass - green cards – sent to warehouse.
    2. Non conforming products - yellow cards - back into production and reworked/rechecked by QC.
    3. All the nonconformities are analysed within the management review.
  • Recording
    1. QC employees are recording the tests performed.
    2. Based on QC files the Quality Director issues regularly reports for the top management.
