Quality and Environmental Policy

We are a professional company. We do not compromise any of our products, services or environmental quality standards.Fulfilling the needs of our customers is central to our efforts. It is necessary that our efforts include satisfying the legal requirements and those of other parties.

We have 5 principles within our Policy to achieve this:

We acknowledge that the quality of a product heavily depends on the people producing it. That is why we make every effort to create and maintain a friendly work environment where people express themselves and can be developed in a professional manner. We put the emphasis on the importance of continuous training and good work practices. We are proud that SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL is a company that bases its daily activity on team spirit and includes its employees in the decision making process.

SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL is committed to playing an active role in the local community of the city. We are very proud that our company has offered job opportunities for people. Additionally, we contribute to the development of the city by paying our taxes and fees to the relevant bodies and institutions on time and in full.

A clean environment is vital for the future of our business and the city. Therefore, we undertake to make every effort to minimize any negative environmental impacts from our activities.

• Respect the shareholders

The shareholders make the management team accountable for the future of the company and are assured that we will put in place a responsible organisation. We will do our utmost to fulfill the strategic objectives set by the shareholders.

In order to achieve this Policy, we have decided to implement and certify an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:2005 requirements. The strength of our future development is assured by using our experience to maintain and improve this integrated management system.

I, Ruxandra Dragos, Executive Director of SC BRITCOM SYSTEM SRL, take all responsibility for achieving this Policy. I am committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure all personnel are involved in implementing, maintaining and improving the integrated management system. The entire policy will be the basis for establishing quality and environmental objectives and targets.
In this respect I appoint Vasile Stefanescu – Quality and Environmental Director - as the management representative on quality and environmental issues. He will have the authority for:
