QC Data collection
An example of QC Data collection which can be varied depending on whether you are a manufacturer or a retailer and according to what data you ask us to harvest:

Customised data Analysis

Our major sales principle is "Respect Brand integrity"
We respect all our supply partners conditions such as only selling in permitted markets
We explicitly inform our customers that we sell refurbished products & we insist that they, in turn , clearly inform the end-user that the goods are refurbished.
We evaluate each potential customer’s integrity carefully before agreeing to supply them
We include in our sale contracts specific conditions on re-sale markets, we check shipping documents & we regularly audit our customers to ensure that they are respecting the contract conditions.

Summary of data that can be captured

Consumer reason for return
Time product was in field
Percentage Fault found / No fault found by model
Specific Fault analysis by model to identify design issues
Environmental Responsibilities
We take the issue of protecting the environment very seriously. What we can not repair is no longer classified as EEE but rather WEEE. This is 100% recycled. Nothing goes near landfill and we never sell untested product, as we believe that losing control of the complete traceability of the process could be bad both for the environment and for your brand.
We recycle every un-repairable piece through our partner Stena DTM which is authorized by the Romanian government license number 251 / 15.09.2006, renewed 24.10.2008, to collect & dispose of any of Britcom's residual scrap in accordance with current WEEE legislation in force in all European community member states of which Romania has been part since 01.01.2007.
Our Role
To collect your EEE customer returns directly from your DC
To consolidate loads at Wesco for distribution to Bucharest
To refurbish the products to your operational specification
Either resell the products through our controlled routes as graded or return fully functional refurbished stock back to your DC for your own resale channels. We can combine both options to suit your needs.
To furnish you with monthly throughput and yield data to assist you with your WEEE commitments, if required, along with approved disposal certification in line with current legislation.
Analysis of returns to capture data that will assist you in your commercial discussions with both your clients & your suppliers:
Key Benefits
Data capture
Eco friendly solution
Secured resale routes, avoiding parallel selling headaches
Brand integrity protection for end users
Strong, reliable and consistent disposal for all your returns for revenue
Steps to a successful partnership
As soon as you will provide us with anticipated volumes & product mix we will:
» Take a direct full raw trial load
» Evaluate processing yields on this load
» Prepare data capture and analysis if required
» Establish any contract restrictions / conditions that will affect our offer
» Make you a comprehensive offer
» Finalise terms & exchange contracts
We are interested in long term partnerships. Unlike a trader that will buy spot loads & sell on to anyone where there is a profit, we will provide you with a complete & lasting solution, that also ticks all the other boxes.
